Lunch ?? Whats that ??
Haven't managed a lunch break for about 3 years now ......... If you have any tips on how to get a lunch break without being constantly interupted with stupid questions that are trivial and not worth asking in the first place and people asking you if you are busy or not and the phone ringing constantly and relatives making un-believable requests regarding medication and whether or not mums colostomy bag has been changed lately while you are trying to throw a crusty cheese sandwich down your throat............ please let me know !!!!!! (betcha cant guess where I work ??)

I have just had a take out Thai meal with vegetables,rice,tofu,and some other kind of dish with very interesting root vegetables!
Every Friday I treat myself to something other wise I get bored with the normal salad,sandwich,tesco, and so forth.

I think you need to pump up your q's really sweets as you might start to lose a bit of cred. But, since you mention it, I would recommend a baked potato with tuna or other high protein fill with a nice salad (you know, crunchy and a bit of variety). I do love my salads and also, apparently, the crispy salad veg are packed with vitamins which kick-start your metabolism AND the brightly coloured ones contain anti-cancerous substances.

I had a delicious homemade salad with Teriyaki marinated Tofu, lettuce, carrot, olives, beetroot, a little light cheese, with salt/pepper and a little honey soy sauce. All with a crusty, fresh roll.
It was absolutely delicious. You should have a salad, or a yummy and wholesome sandwich. You'll feel so much better for it.
