I think that being balanced is the challenge. Too much of one thing is not good -- so half sane half insane works fine for me -- hehehe
When you switch up and allow yourself to be flexible and open to new things then - YEAH why can't we be all things? lol

no - it's a contradiction in terms.
Down to earth is seeing things as they really are & being realistic (often to the point of being a pessimist ) whereas "head in the clouds" is rather like seeing the world through rose coloured specs & not being realistic about situations or not being aware of them - "away with the birds" to some extent.
It's possible to walk a middle ground - that's the perfect solution in this wierd & frustrating world we live in.

consistently and not in any respect hows that particular surre i do it for all time i lay down on the floor close my eyes and then i flow and spin with the earth no i dont do drugs yet could choose for to hehhee
