Yes. You can petition for a green card for her as you are a Legal Permanent Resident (as evidenced by your own green card). I would recommend getting an immigration attorney to do the paperwork. Otherwise it is time-consuming and will cause delays if you make even a minor mistake on one form.

Good luck.

I don't think so. You have the Green Card on your name, on this card saying nothing at all about your family. If you want to bring your wife to the US you need to go Immigration office and fill papers for your family. This need to be done, after that I think there is any problems she can live with you in the US.
Good Luck....
P.S. American Passport you can have it, if you have US Citizen.

Yes you can file an I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for your spouse, but because you are only a greencard holder, you will have to wait for an immigrant visa number to become available (which can take years), as US citizen spouses are given priority over permanent residents.

You can find more information on bringing your wife to the US here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=0775667706f7d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=4f719c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD
