There are plenty of programmes to unzip files many downloads automatically download one for you when they download themselves just have a look on the web.
The big thing to remember is WHERE you unzipped the file to - Desktop seems a good place to start and then move it to wherever you want once it works OK a CD for example.

You need a program called WinXip or WinRar, mind you my version of XP Pro has something built in that allows me to access but not create zip files.
