If the rash is the only symptom you have then it's probably nothing to worry about. If you have headaches, stiff neck, feeling sick also then I would go as an emergency patient. Does the rash disappear when you hold a clear glass over it? If not it could be meningitis (very unlikely but best to check).
If you think it could be due to an allergic reaction then try a spoon of Piriton syrup and see if it clears up.
Have you eaten a lot of high acid food recently (such as strawberries?) this sometimes accounts for rashes.
Have you been wearing a scarf recently (it is cold out there), it could be that it's too thick and it's a heat rash which is developing.
Only by having it actually looked at by a GP can determine what it is, my stuff is only suggestions.

Ok yeah, go to the dr.is GREAT avice. It could be an allergic reaction to the perfume and then it got irrated by a high collar shirt or other things touching it. It's getting worse so going to the dr. is excellent advice. But some antibiotic cream on it and see if that helps in the mean time.

Ensure that your perfume didn't get in contact with any other clothing that you may still be wearing ie a scarf, coat or jacket. What about your pillows or cushions at home? Did your perfume get in contact with any of those? Time for some serious laundry/dry cleaning and go to the doctor.

I had the same sort of thing... but found it was a silver necklace i was wearing. Id had the necklace for ages but a few days before the rash appeared id cleaned it with a silver dip cleaner.

Have you recently bought new clothing because that might be part of the problem.
I would say it might have sumthin to do with allergies or maybe just the pollen in the air is affecting you
Generally i would see a doctor just to be safe

I agree that the best solution is to see a dermatologist, but, as an alternative, you could go to the following site and submit your symptoms and a close up photo:

Hope this helps!

Hello,
First don't stress, the mind can do an abundance of things to our body.
second it could be an allergy....think back to things you wore or eaten that you haven't done before...this could help to natrrow it down...
eat healthy like vegetables and fruit and also drink water..and be stress free..well as most as u can...
ta-ta..
