The only solution is to get out there and rake it all up, or put down redwood bark, or sharp gravel, which most animals find irritating to dog in..
Dogs LOVE cat poo.. It is as a Snickers Bar for them! lol
No scientific reasons, they just plain like it..Nothing in their society tells them it is wrong, or a bad mannered thing...Yummmmm
the biggest danger is the parasites, that can be obtained from it, so make certain to stay up on his wormings..

I just read some thing about this the other night that ultimately defined it. Cats do not digest meals the way in which dogs do as a way to a dog, that's simply average food that they are seeing. Stay far, a long way away from the litter box being pregnant. I am sure you recognize that although. The one approach to restrict that is to only preserve the litter field cleaned out consistently. As quickly as they use it, scoop it out, if at all viable. Do not permit the canine access to the litter field. Use a covered litter box. Just make it more difficult for the dog to get to it. However it's a original thing for a canine to head in an consume out of the litter field... I have all of my litter containers upstairs where my dog cannot go (spiral staircase that he are not able to use!!) so I do not have the situation. Excellent success with it!!

"Coprohagia is the technical term for eating feces. This has been studied in dogs by several people with no definitive answer for "why" being found.
Nutritional deficiencies may be present in some dogs, but not very many. This may be boredom related in many dogs. It has some "natural" roots in the fact that dams often eat their pup's stools, apparently as a method of hiding their presence from predators. Dogs will eat the stools of other species, especially cats and rabbits, too."

What you have is a terd hound. Which is kin to a sooner dog which had just as soon poop in the house as outside. The best way to keep a terd hound from eating terds is to keep him away from terds. If that doesn't work you might try a muzzle or doggy breath mints. Hope this helps if not maybe you at least got a laugh out of it.

I only study something approximately this the different nighttime that finally defined it. Cats do no longer digest nutrition the way canines do as a thank you to a dogs, this is only commonplace nutrition that they are seeing. stay some distance, some distance removed from the clutter field being pregnant. i'm specific you already comprehend that nonetheless. the only thank you to evade that's to in effortless terms shop the clutter field wiped sparkling out in any respect cases. as quickly as they use it, scoop it out, if in any respect a possibility. do no longer enable the dogs get admission to to the clutter field. Use a coated clutter field. only make it greater stable for the dogs to get to it. in spite of the undeniable fact that that's a straightforward difficulty for a dogs to pass in an consume out of the clutter field... I even have all of my clutter boxes upstairs the place my dogs can no longer pass (spiral staircase that he can no longer use!!) so i don't have the subject. stable success with it!!

First take it to the vet and get an intestinal cleaner for infection such as coccidiosis (Albon Susp.) and round and hook worm infection. Clean the area as best as possible with Clorox to kill the bacteria. then feed your dog as much as he wants so that it doesn't have an appetite to want more than what you feed it.
