Law's right. I drink lots of water and take a few aspirin before going to bed. I usually wake up feeling fine. But if you wake up with a hangover, I know some stuff that tastes so damn good. I'm not the only one to think so. I used to get drunk 7 days a week. I rarely drink now. Sometimes nothing can help a hangover but, a product called, "Clamato". Sounds gross doesn't it? Trust me. This stuff is like heaven when you're hungover. Think about it. What do people drink when hungover? A bloody mary. It's basically a tomato juice mix. So is Clamato. Don't worry it doesn't taste like clams. I already know you wont know I'm right until you try it for yourself. Give it a shot.

I have recently started taking enzyme supplements, originally for inflammation of the my knee but a bonus side effect is no hangovers!!
If you can take two after a night of imbibing, and then two the next morning, you should be set.

brand: megazyme or ultrazyme, both a mix of 4+enzymes

Have 2 Asprin or amy other mild pain killer along with plenty of fluids like diluted fruit juices like orange and butter milk(diluted yogurt) with salt or lussi will help to get over hang over. Never take heavy solid foods containing fat, as they increase water requirement, as body usually gets dehydrated due heavy drinking.
