Just use a regular filter like Brita or Pur to get the chlorine and lead out.

Distilled water is ok Occasionally - because it has no minerals going into your body - and when it comes out it does have minerals and trace elements - and where did it get those jewels???

FROM YOUR BODY - you are robbing yourself!

do not*** DO NOT*** go completely distilled!!!!

One gallon per month - if that

I drink only water and some fruit juices...we installed a reverse osmosis to our kitchen sick, plus there is a filter in the fridge with an extra filter attached outside of the fridge.

The water tastes better, has less chlorine in it (we live close to the water treatment plant so our water smells like bleach..high chlorine, low sediments), when cooking with the filter water the food tastes better. also it makes it easier to fill our fish tank...less treatment to the water to keep the fish alive.
