Few spoons of rice is what most people eat at one seating. So you see you are normal.
But.
If rice bothers you, you do not have to look at it or have it, eat every thing else, if you cook your own meals then do not cook rice, if you are eating outside and that is on the menu, avoid eating there or just avoid it. Start cooking your own meals.
I bet you will have craving for rice after a while if you do not eat it for more then one month.

Whats this ? Who is forcing you to eat something which you dont like ??
Is it "we" ?
If you dont like "eating rice", switch over to wheat preparations ! "chapathi", parottas, "khuboos", "bread" etc etc..
In addition, after 30 years of age, it is better to reduce rice intake ! Wheat is always better for maintaining the body stature !

try not seeing it!jokes apart u can crush d rice n add to ne drink for eg. if u like milk or ne oder drink u may just add d crushd rice in it n try gulpin it down ......u'll be able to do it.....go for it!!!.........best of luck!!

hunger. i find that hunger is also
an effective way to eat other
foods. one other thing - hunger
is free.
