How Many Prophets Are There

2016-11-01 05:18:51 · answer #2 · answered by ? 4 · 0 0

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The reason God Mentions all these Prophets Peace be upon them in The Qur'an is because in Islam it is beloved that all the Prophets (pbut) all taught the same message and same religion. They were Muslims (meaning those who submit to the Will of God) by definition and all invited people to worship the Creator alone and do good deeds. For ex. Moses Peace be upon him in his Arcaic language from archeological findings called God El-Yah and Jesus Peace be upon him called God in his Aramaic language Aallah or Ellah if you look it up in an Aramaic lexicon and concordance. Also, you will read in the bible that all the Prophets like Abraham and Jesus (pbut) fell on their face and prayed like the Last Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him and Muslims. The Qur'an is believed to be the Preserved and Last Book of God. I invite all to read it with an open heart and see. May God Guide us all to what is best. Amen. In-Sha'Allaah (God Willing)

If they were prophets of islam then Mohammad is a liar and muslims are admitting to it. Mohammad says in the quran 39:12 YUSUFALI: "And I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah in Islam." PICKTHAL: "And I am commanded to be the first of those who are muslims (surrender unto Him)". SHAKIR: "And I am commanded that I shall be the first of those who submit." @ I love allah: Satan/iblis also submitted to allah, that makes Satan a muslim. @ Islam: Why allah is against mohammad, he did not make him perform miracles and he let him die at the hands of a Jewess. (Bless her). Mohammad could only scream jihad and kill all those that knew he was a con artist. Mohammad sat to sh1t and his moon split, you call that a miracle. Providing links that don't exist. To what extent you will use taqiyya to prove that islam is right? I think you will even call your mom a w.hore and your father a gay gigolo for islam. 124000 failed prophets and suddenly mohammad is the final prophet. Mohammad in cases where it involved sexual satisfaction for himself practiced what he preached. He molested a 6 year old child. Islam is a relatively modern barbaric blood thirsty cult. It is the message of mohammad and his various extreme desires. The quran is a recitation not a revelation, and really no sane person is interested in something as FILTHY, perverse and violent as islam take it and shove it where the sun don't shine. The quran is also called the satanic verses.

According to one Hadith there is Aprox 240,000 Prophets, there is soo many Prophets in Islam that no one can say the exact number. You can get close to the number but not bang on. The exact number is not in the Quran however the Quran does state that there was sent a Prophet for each nation.

Risalah (Prophethood) includes many Prophet such as:
Adam (as)
Isa (as)
Musa (as)
Nu (as)
Dawud (as)
Ibrahim (as)
Yahya (as)
Isaac (as)
Muhammad (saw)

The messenger of Islam is Muhammad peace be upon him ... However all other prophets carry the prophecy of the same belief that there is only one God and that people must worship him

According to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), there were. more than 1,24,000 prophets sent to this world. only 25 Prophets of God are mentioned in the Qur’an e.g. Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Muhammed (pbut)

All previous prophets sent only for their people......Muhammad (pbuh), the last messenger of God......

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), sent for whole Humankind

Since Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the last and final messenger, he was not sent only for the Muslims or the Arabs, but he was sent for the whole of humankind.

It is mentioned in Surah Anbiya, chapter 21 verse 107

“We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all creatures.” [Al’Qur’an 21:107]

If I was the God almighty, I would send only one prophet and he would get the job done.
If I send the 2nd, 3rd, 4th.... it means that I have failed and I do not have any clue what I am doing.
Since God never fails and knows exactly what he is doing, there must be only one legitimate prophet and the rest are fake.
Make your pick!!!
