That means it's been WAY over processed.If your a guy,I would recommened clipping it all off. If your a girl go to a salon and have a re constructor treatment done.You really need to have a stylist inspect it to see what can be done. Maybe they can cancel out the green with a color that has red in it.The green is from bleach though and not hair color, so I don't know. Let a stylist take a look at it though. Good luck

Wash your hair with dish soap like Sunlight or so. It'll take most of the green out and afterwards just wash with normal shampoo but condition twice because you'll have zapped the moisture out of your locks. (Good Luck) :)

Relax.....just get a semi-permanent color that has NO ASH in it...Do not use a permanent one right away...your hair is probably damaged, The semi will get rid of the green. Use a neutral color...good luck!

HOLY CRAP! I was singing that song yesterday.
Put lots of conditioner in and DO NOT dye it for about two weeks.
Unless you want your hair to start breaking and be frizzy.
