Bach, Handel, or Mozart. Actually you can find religious themes in most classical music selections; most of the composers back then were either church-sponsored or answered directly to the church. And faith-inspired music was the equivalent of today's "Easy Listening" songs, meaning, they were safe to play anytime, without fear of someone being offended. With the Inquisition nosing around it wasn't safe to compose or play anything too provocative.
