i dont stammer as such, but sometimes, when i just wanna say in hurry , i just fumble..
but when i sing a song ,. its very clear & i sing like a nothing has happnd...
also, when i am in relax mood , i speak like all normal people.
please give me some handy tips to overcome this problem.
i wud be thankful to u all folks

Hi,
just bury the past ,offcourse telling is easy.

You seem to get nervous at some time,it happend with me too.

One simple remedy is 1.Take deep breath and take things simple

not imagine how things to perfect be your normal self.
No one is perfect.
2.To make above practical start little sessions whenever you get
opportunity ,like going to shop take intiative to talk by yourself,
do slowly seize every opportunity,you will be suprised once you get over.

But only you have to practical and take things lightly no worry.
If you failed also done get disappointed,keep trying,our brain has

the tendency to react to habit forming ,the more you develop

the more easy so shun earlier habits form new helpful things.

You can observe within a week difference

The most relaxing thing to know is that you don't have to explain anything. Talking is so much easier when you are just amused by how little can really ever be explained. Things that are very personal can be saved and only explained to those with whom you are comfortable in talking.

If you get into the feeling of being the experiencer instead of the experienced, you will feel sooooo relaxed. When you're the one doing the looking instead of the one being looked at, things become fun.

Stand in front of a mirror and talk to yourself or read something out loud. Then try the same technique when you are talking to someone else, and if you fumble a bit, don't worry about it it will soon get less and less. Keep on singing it's very good for the soul and will give you overall peace. Good luck to you!

I sit down and make a list of all the positive things in my life and think about how things can be worse. Then I listen to some music and clean. For some reason when I'm stressed or need time to reflect I want to clean. I guess it is because other people generally stay out of your way and I can then have ME time!

stay relaxed while you are speaking. sometimes when you are speaking formally you might feel like you should speak differently but its better to talk the same as if you were amongst friends. you might want to use different vocabulary (no slang) but still remain friendly and relaxed. it will relax the people that you are speaking to also and htat will put them in a better mood and then everyone will be happier.

Take deep breathes when nervous and panicked. Open and clench your fists to put pressure in your arms and release the stress from your body.

so what if you fumble. just continue talking as if nothing happened. or as if that is HOW YOU ARE. ppl will accept you the way you are. you will gain confindence if you stop becoming consicous abt yourself and concentrate on the subject matter.
