my dear u can't make boil water--- all u can make it boil by heating as boiling is a state of water.
But if u want something like boiled water or boiling water do the following:--
1] take some water in a heatproof pot
2] heat it on a oven / heater / microwave
3] for microwaving u require a lead to keep the oven safe from steams and require some calculation of weight and timing (wattage of machine x duration in minutes)
4] the water starts boiling (at 100 degree centigrade) in a few minutes
5] store it in a thermosflask or let it cool by removing from the pot according to ur requirement
Beware of burning ur self up!!!

First; Mix 2 parts of hydrogen with 1 part of oxygen and stir. The result should be a clear liquid that is relatively tasteless...Kind of like some peoples questions on this forum...
Next; take some iron ore, melt it and form it into the shape of a container. If you can afford it. You might even process yourself some Teflon. That will give your container a "no stick" surface...
Rub two sticks together until they burst into flame. If you can't find two sticks. Try a cigarette lighter and a 5 gallon can of gasoline...
When you have a raging fire going... Stick one finger into the flame until you receive a third degree burn. That indicates the fire is now hot enough to boil your water...
Put the container, with the hydrogen and oxygen mixture (water) in it, over the flames... When you see bubbles coming up from the bottom of the container, put your finger into the liquid. Do not use the same finger you tested the fire with...When you have received a third degree burn on this finger. The water is "boiling".
Remember; Water is made by trained professionals in an enclosed environment. Do not try this at home

Interesting!!!!
actually theoretically water can be boiled but not kept on boil as once it reaches boiling point it starts to evaporate so boiling cannot be sustained- some may argue about increasing the temperatures by fiddling with Pressure - but still in that case boiling will have to be defined as reaching a particular temperature!!! - quite academic if I may say so

The question isn't that clear. If you're asking how to boil water, just put it on the stove and heat until it bubbles.
For drinking purpose it is said that you have to boil water for about 20 minutes.

HOW TO BOIL WATER
1 cup water (any temperature under 212 degrees). Pour into 1 quart pan. Cover with lid. Place on stove burner. Wait patiently (if patience grows thin, check to see if burner is lit). Do not watch closely as a watched kettle never boils. When boiling, use as needed.
ENJOY!!

Heat up water to 100 degrees centigrade or above. If you dissolve salt in the water, the water will not boil until it reaches a higher temperature.
Caution! May be hot.

Put the designated amount of water in the pot-boiling pot. Put salt in the water-it will help keep heat in it. And you can also put a lid over the water. It will help keep heat in the water as well-the hot molecules just bounce back down.
