Can you imagine the scraping that would happen if they hung at the same level. No person has both testicles hanging at the same spot. One, I'm not sure which one, is always lower than the other! It most probably has nothing to do with the surgery you had!

Well, possibly if you had taken careful notice of them prior to the surgery you might have noticed it has always hung a bit lower and may also be a bit larger. In fact all guys have one testicle, foot and hand that is bigger than the other and one leg and arm is longer. All in Mother Nature's grand plan to keep us from believing we are perfect by making us a little unsymmetrical.
One thought is your hang difference may have become a little more pronounced as a result of the surgery; it was there before but the repairs to the region may have allowed it to hang a bit lower. then again, it may be the hernia was in some way causing that one to be held up closer than it shoudl have been.

I've got the same 'problem,' but it doesn't bother me a bit. It's not like the general public will be inspecting that area or anything, unless you're a Peter North or Ron Jeremy type.

Find something else to worry about, there's nothing wrong with this. You'll find this in most men. Women have trouble with one breast being bigger, hanging down further, more to one side, than the other one.
