So, to the question:
If the type of fish you are eating is high in fat, yes it could indeed make you fat. See above. If the particular fish is low in fat, and is prepared withut adding fat, ie, steamed, broiled, baked, (etc) then it is unlikely to make you fat, unless you are inactive, at which time your body takes excess calories it has no use for, and converts them to fat, as a defence mechanism, and conservation instinct, So it has a source of energy should you forget to ever eat again.

well, some fish is more fattening than others (i know that salmon is one of the more higher in fat fish). but all fish is soooo good for you. it's a great source of protein when you're dieting, and the omega 3s help you to feel great. also, it's protein, so it keeps you full longer.
