If my hair is falling out is that a symptom of brain cancer, or could something else be causing it? When i take a shower and wash my hair about 4 strands of hair come out on my hand, is that normal?
I am only 23 and i dont wear a hat either or use hair gel

No, you don't have brain cancer. You have hypochondria.

I don't think for one minute you have brain cancer, sometimes hair loss can be a family trait. my husband had brain cancer and he suffered appalling headaches, also was very unsteady on his feet due to balance problems. perhaps there is something you can buy to stop your hair from falling out though 4 strands is not that much. so forget brain cancer. good luck.

Everyone loses some hair every day, 4 strands is not excessive. See your doctor if you are concerned, but I don't think it's a problem.

Its normal. Your hair could be dry and be breaking. Try using a conditioner.
