I would like to control my eating habit.

In case ur Non - Veg...try 2 avoid oil food and junk food also..
Regular excercise will helps 2 control cholesterol...
If ur smoker...try 2 quit smoking

The best and simple way to control your cholestrol is the good diet like you should eat BLACK CHANA early in the morning,which sholud be soaked in water before one night.
you should take bitter gourd's juice after few days.
And do some exercise like use staircases as much as you can instead of lifts.
Go for regular walk atleast for half an hour daily.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid oily eatables.

DIET control alone will help you in a big way !
First of all, curtail the rice consumption and shift over to wheat preparations !
Reduce sweet intake too !

if your cholesterol is high ask your doctor for some statins otherwise just cut down on fatty foods and eat plenty of fruit and veg.

-Need to have a proper diet;
-Omega 3 oil;-Evening Pimrose pills very useful and if it's very high for a long period:there are some specific medication for this!

My DR put me me on omega3 pills
and red yeast rice pills
it worked.

dont eat meat or any sort of fried anything or butter or any sort of fat, you can eat fish but only baked or broiled.
