The Home Schooling Legal Defence Association (HSLDA) has several references to home schooling in Romania. Go to their web page below:

Hope this helps!

Are you asking this as a parent or a student?
I have seen a lot of kids ask about home schooling as a way to ditch school. We are in the middle of our school year and it would be very difficult for the parents and the students to just begin home schooling, satrting next Monday
If your are in Romania, you write very well in English
(or the technology that translates has improved a lot since I have last used it!)
Are you in a part of Romania without schools? Are you asking about the elementary grades or the secondary grades?

Definitely check HSLDA, but also you may want to check with your local school board to find out if that is an option where you live. You can create homeschooling curriculum from anything, really, but you still have to follow the school board rules. If you don't you could face legal ramifications.
