Study a dictionary the way Malcolm X did.

Read it from the start.

It is informative.

Grammar has strict rules so if you speak with these rules in mind you will be a possible eloquent speaker.

A command of the English will achieve that honor for you. If you study hard and diligently in all your English classes and purchase a vocabulary book. Between the two you will surely excel.

Speak clearly with accent (regardless of any accent/ language),
with correct pronounciation and grammer too.....

Well, if you're a beginner of a certain language , take your time and speak slowly BUT clearly.....never ever mumble, that way, you would not confuse and cause misunderstanding to the other person you're talking to.

Live among native speakers who do not speak any other language. A period depends on your abilities and level of interest.
