What English speaking country and what dialect ?
Study a dictionary the way Malcolm X did.
Read it from the start.
It is informative.
Grammar has strict rules so if you speak with these rules in mind you will be a possible eloquent speaker.

A command of the English will achieve that honor for you. If you study hard and diligently in all your English classes and purchase a vocabulary book. Between the two you will surely excel.

Speak clearly with accent (regardless of any accent/ language),
with correct pronounciation and grammer too.....
Well, if you're a beginner of a certain language , take your time and speak slowly BUT clearly.....never ever mumble, that way, you would not confuse and cause misunderstanding to the other person you're talking to.
