i have severe pain starting whenever i take any pulses curry , like dals, idli, dos, upma, etc.
I am taking ritza whenever this is occuring which is active till 24 hours only.
i am a working, 48 yrs, lady with 2 grown up sons.
how can i avoid this recurring migrane problem.
tried yoga for some time but it doesnot help.
kindly help!

u should take natural healthy food like fruit , vegetables,
do not over time work it injurious to health ,it create problems.

Try to find what foods specifically trigger the migranes, and avoid them. Anything that is processed a lot can be a trigger, such as ham or bacon. Avoiding the foods and having painkiller on hand is pretty much all you can do.

I used to suffer from migraines also, and there are some foods which can definitely trigger a migraine. Try to avoid anything canned, processed foods, chocolate, caffeine, tobacco and alcohol. I hope this helps! Cold foods, such as ice cream, might also help alleviate the tension.

my husband's aunt also gets acute migraine becoz of food allergy of bengal gram when mixed with ghee (like how we use for preparing sweets). she has tylenol for migraine. and avoids eating the things that aggrevate allergy. since you have already detected the cause of your migraine, you shud avoid those foods. and keep tylenol with you for emergency.

deep breath...empty stomach...good sleep full stomach... midway... eat less..breath well and take proper sleep
