Yes. "Death" is only to the physical body. The soul/spirit is eternal. There is no beginning, there is no end.

In John 14:6 Jesus said, "I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the father but through me. Yes there is life after death. Even Albert Einstein thought so.

1. "Know thou of a truth that the soul, after its separation from the body, will continue to progress until it attaineth the presence of God, in a state and condition which neither the revolution of ages and centuries, nor the changes and chances of this world, can alter. It will endure as long as the Kingdom of God, His sovereignty, His dominion and power will endure. It will manifest the signs of God and His attributes, and will reveal His loving kindness and bounty."

2. "As to the question whether the souls will recognize each other in the spiritual world: this fact is certain; for the Kingdom is the world of vision where all the concealed realities will become disclosed. How much more the well-known souls will become manifest. The mysteries of which man is heedless in this earthly world, those he will discover in the heavenly world, and there will he be informed of the secret of truth; how much more will he recognize or discover persons with whom he hath been associated. Undoubtedly, the holy souls who find a pure eye and are favored with insight will, in the kingdom of lights, be acquainted with all mysteries, and will seek the bounty of witnessing the reality of every great soul. Even they will manifestly behold the Beauty of God in that world."

3. "... a love that one may have entertained for any one will not be forgotten in the world of the Kingdom. Likewise, thou wilt not forget (there) the life that thou hast had in the material world."

Yes there is life after death. Our universe is evolving continuously and our soul too. This body is only a vehicle, not the driver itself. For example If you travel by bullockart from your village and you come to main road. you leave your bullockart there and get on the bus . Now are you dead ? No. you just leave that bullockart. By bus you reach at sation there you get on the train and leave the bus. And then you get on the aeroplane. Now think when u were in bus that bus was moving and when you were in train , that train was moving. Nothing dies. There is only transformation of energy .

Hmmm,, sort of tough one there,,,, the ego that we live in or the self-centered thinking brain, does not live on, but the emotions do, the anger, pride and judgment we carry has to be purified after death......it is re-experienced, in a contemplation state. Now the love and positive emotions that we radiate live on to credit our soul. If we purify our negative self-centered thinking brain in our lifetime then we go directly to connection with our soul call this heaven...

so yes

Yes, Paul, the apostles said "Absent from the body, present with the Lord." He was referring to Christians who die and go to be in the presence of God.
