Hi well this sort off wound can take a few wks to start healing. You must remember the area you have had surgery on is not a clean area,so making sure its kepted clean at all times will help alot.Any sort off wound takes a while to heal bck again, especially in that area. When you sit down try sitting down on a rubber ring, this will keep the pressure off your bum.I had my coccyx removed about 9 years ago,i had stiches right under neath and i was in terrible pain especially when i went for a wee.Once the stiches were taken out it felt alittle better but still sore and uncomfortable. This took about 2 mths to eal completly and being pain free.Just make sure you clean the area with salty water when possible especially once you have had a number 2.Good Luck

haemarroids are painful to have and painful to remove as the tissues around the area are very sensative and deliacate. So every time you poo it will most likey hurt. Sitting down will also be uncomfortable. Make sure bowels are looser by eating plenty of veg and fruit to keep them soft as constipation will make it worse. Sit on a rubber ring that helps.
It is normal for it to be like this for a couple of weeks or just a bit longer.

That doesn't sound right. You must have an infection. I've had several anal operations and they have healed fairly quickly with not too much pain. Take 400mg of ibuprofen every four hours and get yourself back to the doctors!

Oh, sorry to hear that. It should take about a couple of weeks. That's how long my mum took. If it hurts so much, don't hesitate to go back to the doctor and have it checked.
Take care.

it normally takes about 6 weeks to heal properly after any surgery. If you are worried about it though, definitely go straight back to your gp to get checked out.
Good luck!
