You should do neither of them. The best is incubating it for getting the golden chicken. That golden chicken will lay a couple of other golden eggs. After a number of cycles you will have a farm of chickens laying golden eggs. At that point you can sell come of them, eat others and continue doing for ever.
If you eat or sell your golden egg, you actually sell (and give up) your future.

You should stand out in the sun until your head gets sunburnt then fry the egg on that. make sure to take the hair off before serving.

Are you stupid human cannot lay eggs. Well the female homosapien can produce a cell called an egg but the relevance of this factoid in your quiry is limited. This cell being gold in coluor is doubtful as the cell is colourless and transparent. The answer to your question non-of-the-above.
