Dear Heriberto,
Why do you need facts to prove something is a false teaching if you do not know why it is a false teaching? It seems that you've already determined to believe something without any facts to support your belief.
Having examined the evidence i would have to tell you that in terms of what is taught in God's Word -- the Bible the Rapture is going to happen. While people may disagree as to when it will happen (depending on your eschatological belief- eschatology- is the study of the end times)... it is a biblical teaching.
I believe one of the brothers who answered this question gave some excellent passages from 1 Thessalonians, 2 Corinthians, etc. that explain the rapture.
Hope that helps,
Nickster

I don't know if it's true or false. But there is no such term in the Bible. So, you can ask the person preaching on it, to give you biblical proof. When they give you the verses that infer the Rapture, then you will have to make your own interpretation of it. Not all Christians believe that there will be a rapture in that everyone who is a believer when Christ comes will suddenly disappear.
Here are two scripture verses that cause people to believe this:
1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
Revelation 11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

The rapture theory was never ever part of the church. Only a woman named Mary Macdonald a young woman, in a trance explained it. This was 1820 or so.
Ask an Eastern Orthodox Priest about what the rapture is, and you would understand that it is completely false.

Go to biblegateway and put in a search for the word "rapture"......
I will guarantee you that you shall not find it.... Because it is not written.....
The term, in Scripture, is called: "Caught up".... to meet the Lord in the "air".........
So, where does this occurr?..... IN THE AIR......
Where is the air?........
Look at this: ((Strong's Concordance))
AIR:
aer {ah-ayr'}
1) the air, particularly the lower and denser air as distinguished from the higher and rarer air
2) the atmospheric region
It is all around you.........
To be caught up is the same as having no body as the body is literally lifted or stripped off of you.... What good is a physical body in a spiritual world......
What belongs to the earth is earth.... what belongs to the spirit is spirit...... Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of heaven....
New heaven... New earth....
Of course, we are all going to change.....
Compare the air....
1 Thessalonians 4:14
Ephesians 2:2

THE RAPTURE IS TRUTH< BUT THE WORD RAPTURE IS NOT USED IN THE BIBLE
rapture means to be caught up
1 Thesolonians 4
16. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17. Then we which are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Corinthians 15
51. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Matthew 24
40. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
Enoch was raptured
Genesis 5:
24. And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him

Maybe the emphasis is on the wrong points, like what if you die before the dn of the world and that is rapture. versus people still living or possible returned for negative reasons.

How can you prove the truth to be false?
The time is coming very soon. It is closer then you know, and far closer then most will admit. I can hear Gabriel warming up his trumpet right now.
