The 3 things that a man has to do to make me fall in love with him is: know what to say to me, makes me smile everyday, and have a sense of humour.

He must love me.
He must respect me.
He must value who I am as a person.
All the other things come into play later. (I'm saying this as someone who has fallen in love.) Looks fade, hair greys, teeth fall out but if there is real love... it can last.

He must make you feel secure, loved, and special. It's the little daily things that I notice. The simple sweet thought about you today kind of things. If he doesn't make me feel like I'm important to him it's not going to last. Just be loving and make her feel special and like she won't be taking care of you financially if your together.
