Don't target losing more than about 2 lbs per week. If you try to lose faster, your body will go into "starvation mode" and get very stingy about burning calories while at the same time very efficient about storing any calories that you do provide. And it will make you feel awful.

Probaby about 3-4 kgs but you wont feel good if you are exercising and not eating and protein. I think you should add some grilled or boiled skinless chicken breast with the vegetables or plain poached white fish. It wont make you lose weight any slower and you will feel much better. Good luck, I know I couldnt do it for that long!

You need atleast protein every day. Atleast 50 grams. Otherwise you'll loose alot of muscle weight, which in return will lower your effect of losing weight. Slightly higher protein in combation with exercise will also help you to loose weight. You'll need about 70 grams of protein per day. This will keep you from losing muscle and increase your heart metabolism since your body knows its getting more than enough protein. And don't worry about too much protein turning into fat. As long as you don't over do it too much ( like 150 grams a day) , then what evers won't turn into fat.

Depends on alot of factors , like your metabolism , your current weight, what food you eat (veggie food with cheese +oil can have lots of fat).
But assuming you are eating an healthy veggie diet you can lose a lot of weight, btw 15 days is too short a period so dont aim for too much weight loss you may become weak.

I was amazed to see this question - and some of the answers. Me and my mates did the stupid diet thing in the 70s. You'll lose weight but it's mostly water, goes straight back on. Not to mention those crumbling bones in later life. I thought people these days knew better!

Quite a few pounds, maybe ten or twelve. Problem is if you do not get enough, you may feel faint or have no energy at all. Also, salt may keep water weight on.
Good luck, even men often do this sort of diet, we just don't talk much about it.

5-10 lbs maybe, but remember the problem with dieting is that once you start eating the way you were before again, it all comes back. Make sure to take a multivitamin too for the iron and other good stuff you won't get from refraining from other foods.

You're not going to feel very well. Your stomach will bloat if you eat only plain steamed or boiled vegetables. You will give off noises and gas.
Try including things like a boiled egg or a grilled piece of fish, or something like that.
You'll lose a pound a day.

Try reading "Fit for Life" by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond.
My husband lost eight pounds in just over a week by following the plan.
Do be careful though.
