that's a drag for sure. when my daughter was in middle school, all she wanted to eat for lunch was the salad bar...the lunch lady told her she could not have salad unless she had at least 2 items off the regular menu...gross out fried food she wasn't used to eating. so she refused. and believe it or not, they put her on salad bar restriction!!!! she just started taking her lunch to school forever after that. you might just hafta brown bag it in order to eat what you like and what is healthiest for you.

EEEW! That's a problem. But something has to be done. However, I agree with Richard Simmons. Maybe PE should make a return rather than such severe dietary measures in the school cafeteria.

That is a first-rate snack for after institution. :P Try toasting the bread as good to make it a tiny bit hot. You would additionally check out consuming a few carrot sticks with ranch, bananas with peanut butter, celery with raisins, smoked turkey wrap in a corn tortilla. It does not topic what you pass with, simply ensure you preserve the seen matters like sweet, fatty meals, and greasy meals from your snack.

Yes I do think it is going way too far with what they are doing. My children's school is even going to go as far as to dictate to me what my children may bring to school to eat. It is becoming a dictatorship.
