Freelotto.com persons are not giving my prizrs.?

I played freelotto & winned three prizes out of 43 countries in a day (3 prizes)but I forgotten to remember TSN no allocated to me .Rest other documents as ID no. User no. Address name ,residence are matching.Why only on one missing point they are neglecting my prizes.Why?

Hey, they sent you e-mail that looked soo real. Believe me, it's just a dirty scam.
