NamesAreM..:Jesus di not commit any crime on the Sabbath. If you read the text fully Jesus makes examples of David and Priest who were exempted becoz of certain circumstances. Thus doing a good thing cannot be a sin!God don't want you to de of Hunger if you are starving to death on the Sabbath.Jesus clearly told the Pharisees that they were making the Laws too Strict. If he was wrong then they would defnitly have stoned him

do you mean taught against the Torah?

I think that he taught that the Torah should be kept fully, both in spirit and letter. He makes this clear in Matthew 5:17. What he taught against was keeping only the letter of the law while ignoring its spirit.

I would like to add that Jesus' teaching about healing on the Sabbath is perfectly in line with the Torah's teachings. Jewish people to this day believe that healing should not be neglected on the Sabbath. And notice that Jesus does not say, "Forget what the Torah says, it's right to heal on the Sabbath." Instead, he refers to a story in the Hebrew Bible (the story of David and the show bread) to support his interpretation.

Further, I need to add that not all the words attributed to Jesus in the New Testament were actually spoken by Jesus. Historically speaking, it makes no sense that Jesus would have taught to disregard the laws of kashrut. (food laws). If he said this, then why did Peter need to be shown in a vision that it was ok to eat nonkosher food, after Jesus had died? The words were just put into Jesus' mouth by someone who wanted to teach that kosher laws were no longer necessary. But Jesus did not say that.

"tort"
You mean "taught"?
And yes, he did. Just look at his words regarding healing on the sabbath and the laws of kashrus. Look at what the NT says about the circumcision.
Yes, he taught against the torah.

While some insist that he focused on the "spirit of the law" -- and admirable idea -- but he did it at the expense of the written law. And that is wrong.

The Sabbath was made for man,not man for the Sabbath. When you read the word of God,you have to read it with a Spiritual mind. When Jesus spoke to Nicodemus, one of the things Jesus asked was "If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not,how shall you believe,if I tell you heavenly things?" John 3:12.God gives us earthly examples so we can apply them Spiritually. To do this you have to be Spiritual, have a relationship with the Holy Spirit. Now ask yourselves,How will resting on the sabbath make me Spiritual? It won't, period. But when we look further in the scripture we see the light of God open to something that will make us Spiritual.Matthew 11:28-29 "Come unto me,all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you (REST),Take my yoke upon you ,and (LEARN OF ME);for I am meek and lowly in heart:and ye shall find (REST UNTO YOUR SOULS)." This is the REST that God was speaking of when He gave us the commandments,It's a Spiritual (heavenly) and not physical (earthly) direction that God is trying to bring us to.The Torah or law can do nothing but bring us into bondage and condemn us.As we rest in Jesus our Savior and Redeemer,we can learn of God and Rest assured that we are saved because of Him.

Taught?

He did not come to abolish the law, (Torah) but to fulfill it.
The sun and moon will disappear before a single letter of the law goes away.
Those are his words, on two occassions.
I don't know if you are Jewish, or Christian, but I agree with you.

I don't know how to answer that question.... But, i can say this...

There was a fellow who was casting out demons in the name of God.... the apostles found him doing so and forbid him because he did not follow their way. They then went and told Christ how they happened upon him and Jesus replied to them to forbid him not!..... saying that he who is with us is not against us.....

So it is believed that this one who did not follow Christ, was actually, Mohammed........
