Some women dress scantily clad for many reasons.
Some like you say, like to show off. They think they are attractive and that they should be viewed and admired for their sexiness.
Some women are looking for attention. They feel unworthy and unloved and they think that if they can gain the attention of males, they may feel better. It isn't a proper and logical thing, but it happens all the time.
Other women aren't even thinking of you. They saw a dress. They liked it, they wore it. It takes balls and confidence, but it happens too.

nicely i'm a woman and that i would not tease absolutely everyone whos male and wears womens outfits. i understand a old guy who walks down the line ordinary in extreme heels and handbag or maybe walks like a woman and is proud. It doesnt actual remember. because girls have nothing to be ashamed of when half naked. Or most don't. Other than being over weight what's it to yuo. So why is it ok for men to go around with their shirt off and their fat hanging out and not women.who made the morals cop.
Women just look too good to hide it all.
