I can't read alot of yor questions very well, can you please take a chill and punctuate for a minute or so. Reading all those run on sentences gives me a headache.
An American citizen in Mexico can do whatever they want, huh?
Boy, you are so far off base your not even playing the game anymore.
"The bill, which passed on Friday with a 239-182 vote, would make illegal entry a felony, and enlist military and local police to help stop illegal entrants."
This is a Mexican law, currently in effect by the way.
Foreigners cannot own seaside property, and any property owned by a foreigner is considered "on lease" and can be taken at any time. You will be barred from the country if your presence is "upsetting" to others. And this is just a few of the wonderful welcomes any foreigner gets, read below you might find it interesting. If you speak Spanish, I will be more than happy to provide current Mexican law websites for you(because by the way, they won't speak English for you over there). I wonder if you have ever actually VISITED Mexico, and I'm not talking about getting drunk in a border city, either.

Personally I think it is stupid. For starters the only ones that will be asked to show any type proof of being citizens will be Hispanics. The US has immigrants legal and illegal from all parts of the world, but yet when someone mentions the term "illegal immigrant" the only thing that comes to people's minds are Mexicans. Instead making homelessness a bigger issue, these counties should use their time and go after the employers hiring the people and paying them peanuts. It's funny many people think that all illegals do is take from the Nation, but in reality they contribute in a lot of different ways, they pay state taxes, after all they are consumers, they provide cheap labor, they are your gardners, maids, nannies, houskeepers, etc, they allow all of us to live the lifestyles we are so accostumed to. And as for them taking away jobs, show me 1 US citizen that is willing to make less then $3 an hour to pick fruits or vegetables for 10-12 hours a day, in the hot sun or pouring rain? Finally this comment is for foolhardy, immigrants are less likely to skip paying rent, because they know how hard it is to come up with a deposit, further more they are so scared of being deported that they probably pay twice the rent if someone accused them of not paying. As for you buying property in Mexico, no they wouldn't allow you to buy it, but they would lease to you without any problem or questions and that would pretty much be like owning since you could ask for 500 year leases.

I live right next to Escondido.
Escondido has been over run badly by illegals. If you go down Mission Ave it looks like little Tijuana. Why dont you go take a look. We want our Escondido neighborhoods back especially the Mission Park neighborhood that is dominately latinos living in a bunch of apartments with 3 or 4 families per apartment.
They have ruined our Apartments.
Legal Citizens are having diffculty finding places to live as it is, and now the illegals coming from Mexico have torn apart and trashed our neighborhoods.
No non-hispanics want to live in Escondido anymore. It is notoriously known as a illegal city.
btw, the rental ban is a good start but they need to change it to make the landlords run a immigration check, before signing lease agreements with these illegal mexicans. The way they wrote up the ordinance, it is a joke! Its is almost completeley unenforceable

I imagine the ban is to prevent illegal aliens from skipping out on rent back to Mexico.
As far as I know, being illegal also prevents one from being dragged into court and sued for back rent. Landlords would hate that, I think. Having documented tenants is a protection for the landowner and I think that even if it is not written law, the private owner should have the right to refuse to rent to people in this country illegally. Duh.
As a citizen of the United States, I cannot rent, buy, lease or have interest in any property in Mexico, whatsoever. Before you start bashing the immigration/naturalization policy of the US, check out the majority of other nations... you will be in for a huge shock.

Well, I am totally against illegal immigration because they are ruining our own children's education to steal a 'better life' for their own children, but WE are the ones footing the bill for all.
Where you reside determines where you can go to school, so I see why they want to clamp down on that. The new law says you have to be legal to rent there (however, I read one version that said you have to be a citizen - I think that can't be right.)
All the same, I think the residence issue isn't going to hold up. Employment and business licenses are on firmer ground, I think, but it doesn't relate as directly to schools, so it doesn't help the biggest problem to just crack down on that.

the point ?
I'll Explain It As SIMPLY As Possible
ILLEGAL ALIENS GO HOME To Your Own Nation
You Are In The USA ILLEGALLY
You May NOT Live Or Work Here In The USA
Unless You Have Been Properly SCREENED
By US Immigration Officials
And Have VALID Immigration Status
For The Chronically Stubborn

Are you refering to the new city ordinance banning renting homes to illegal immigrants? I don't live there so I don't know much about it but I think that law is mean and will be challenged in court by immigrant advocates. Does the city really want landlords to check people's residence status? Will everyone's be asked to prove his/her legal status or only non-white people will be?

It is to take away incentives that encourage illegal immigration. I am all for it. If all the incentives are removed, then far fewer illegal immigrants will come here. The ones who sincerely want to come here to be contributing members of our society, will do so through legal procedures.
