excessive sleeping is not a disorder as you may think. It is just lack of commitment to work and your social duties. Everybody wants to be very free, so do you. Oversleeping is just an indication that you are not taking your duties or your work seriously and you are not committing to it upto your capability. Remember, more rest is rust. Oversleeping is nothing but laziness.

Of course not. It is just laziness. Even if u r not healthy, taking too much sleep will ruin ur health completly. About few years ago I was taking 8 to 10 hours sleep daily an have lots of problems, and it is due 2 sleep. But now I m taking just 4 to 5 Hours sleep daily and now I m feeling very healthy.
So i have tested it on my self. But if u want solution 4 this problem and want to reduce ur sleeping hours then u may contact me at

I used to sleep 12 - 14 hours a day before i got a job. But it wasnt coz i was depressed or for any other reason. I enjoyed sleeping more than anything else. And now i sleep abt 7 - 7.30 hrs everyday and it wasnt difficult for me to come off with that habit. But ofcourse i take a straight sleep of 12 - 14 hours on sundays. Iam never enough of SLEEP.
