The thing you have to do, both of you, is to discuss thoroughly the reasons why you broke up in April. Don't show her that without her you are nothing because you make her feel too much important for you and after a few time she will break up again. I think that a good conversation will help you very much indeed. I recommend that if you don't see commitment from her side for you relationship to be strong, leave her and never look back.
