You have a very strong attachment to food. Please keep in mind the following before starting your next diet:

Diets can work but because we know so little about ourselves and our relationship with food, it makes it difficult to win the battle. A lot of us have problems with dieting because we have a problem called "emotional eating" we eat to comfort ourselves during difficult, stressful, sad, etc times in our lives.

You may experience all those emotions during dieting as we continuously get on the scale hoping to see a big difference in numbers after dieting only for a day or two. Also what is stressful when dieting is that we try to lose a large number of weight in such a short period of time which in most cases is unreasonable.

This all brings about stress, discomfort and sadness. When we feel this way, we turn to our best friend for help and support which for many of us is food. The diet is now broken and we feel that we can't stick to diets. We then try fad diet after fad diet hoping to lose the original 20 pounds and now we may have as much as 30 pounds to lose because we continue to put on weight as we continue to break these fad diets by binging before starting our next diet.

Please learn about your relationship with food before your next diet so that you may achieve your goals. To help a little, keep in mind the following:

You already know how to lose weight. You know that if you eat less and exercise more eventually you’ll see the pounds come off. What’s getting in your way? Why do you usually regain the weight you lost? The answer to all these questions is the same “Emotional Eating.” Simply defined, emotional eating means you eat to satisfy emotional hunger; it means you use food for comfort or as a way to cope with life; and it means you eat for reasons other than what your body needs. Whenever you reach for a boredom-breaking snack despite your commitment, or whenever you eat to quell anxiety, that’s emotional eating. Whenever you binge after a fight, or double up on portions because your day turned sour, that’s emotional eating. Whenever you feel that sharp craving for your favorite food, that’s emotional eating. When we eat during these times while on a diet, we believe the diet doesn’t work or that we lack self control and then look for the quickest way to lose weight (fasting/diet pills, ect) after eating all we can since we already messed the diet day up. Read the information below but remember that emotional eating plays a big part in why we don’t continue dieting and why we regain lost weight and why we binge today and start a new diet tomorrow. Best of Luck.

P.S. After learning about my relationship with food, I was able to drop my weight from 263 pounds down to 151 pounds which is a 112 pound weight lost.

I like it. You are a very successful person. After gaining 250 pounds, you now want to go on a diet. At last you have made a beginning.

Go to a park nearby your place early in the morning when the dew is fresh. When you get up in the morning, after finishing your john etc. take a glass of plain water. Walk on the grass barefoot for 5 minutes. Take rest for 5 minutes. Again walk. Total walking should be for 30 minutes. Sit on the grass with a spread. Do breathing exercise for 5 minutes.

In the home change the sofa you are using. Put a cane chair with a soft cushion not more than one inch. Take a glass of fresh lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and half-a-teaspoon honey and drink it slowly and do not gulp it.

Get a broom and broom the floor manually. Do not use a vacuum cleaner and stove it away for a month or two.
After brooming take two slices of a raw bread. Prepare a cup of tea without milk but add 5 drops of lemon juice. Dip the slices in the tea and eat it. At lunch eat fruits with the oatmeal. Similarly the night meal should be the same.

In 10 days time your body will tone up and you will feel fresh and your weight will reduce marginally. If you continue this regimen for 30 days, there will be marked drop of your weight.

If you need any other information/help, please contact me.

-I would highly recommend you join 'sparkpeople' (www.sparkpeople.com) - it's a really good website: provides nutritional info and stuff as well as online support forums where you can talk to other people in the same boat!
-Do you eat a lot of pre-made food? These tend to be pretty high in calories, so it's best if you make your food at home. Start off gradually and try to go for a decent walk every day, and get in at least 1 serivng of fruit and 1 serving of veges a day if you don't already (ideally, you should actually be getting at LEAST 2-3 servings of EACH of these). Try to use wholemeal breads and brown rice rather than the white varieties.
-If you think it is comfort-eating or serious binge-eating, you may need more than just 'diet and exercise' - look at the emotional causes and issues behind your eating, and perhaps find ways to keep yourself occupied when you think you feel like eating but know you don't need it - read a book, go for a walk, learn a musical instrument... talk to a counsellor or someone if need be.
-Choose smaller plates to serve your food on as it makes you feel as though you've eaten more!
-Don't think about it as a 'diet'. Think about it as taking care of your body, and as a lifestyle change - it's not a short-term 'lose some weight and then put it all back again' - you want to be healthy , so you need to lose the weight and keep it off, and keep eating healthily!
Best wishes, hope you achieve your goals :)

Get the publication and provide it a well run by way of earlier than you begin. If you do not wish to buy it, assess it out at your regional library. I'm lovely definite that steady labwork is advocated for men and women in this vitamin to track ldl cholesterol and a few different matters. I have no idea plenty approximately the vitamin however one con I recognize for definite is that it is not latest anymore. The vitamin fad now could be all approximately "consuming like a Mediterranean" or some thing like that.

set yourself a goal and try to reach that goal by trying to drink more water and eat less and/or count your calories a day and if u get a big # of calories try droping as much calories a day that you can without making yourself sick and walk and exercise and do more daily activities and besure you keep a bottle of water with you at all times becaues water is the best thing to drink when your on a diet and this works and continue doing that till u reach your goal!!!!, i hope this helps and good luck...

Before you "make diet," do you think you could learn how to make write sentence properly? You just don't have will power. You're weak. Go to your doctor, ask him to give you an appropriate weight-loss regimen of diet and exercise, go home, follow it, and you'll lose weight! It's not that difficult to understand; it's just difficult to follow through. But I know you can handle something difficult, can't you? You've never been one to make fail miserably. : )
