Exactly when are you considered a BBW?

I'm a size 12. The majority of my weight is in my boobs and butt. I'm a 36F, so alot of the weight is there, I guess. I cant wear plus sized clothing and I'm usually in the juniors or misses sizes. I'm by no means skinny, but does that mean I'm a BBW? Where does the cutoff point for "BBW" start and end?

You are hardly BBW hun.

You just seem larger since you are top heavy. I have the same problem too as a 44DDD. It sucks and its hard to dins dresses since the waist NEVER matches the top.

As for your question: BBW in internet lingo stands for Big beautiful Woman. A size 12 waist is not considered "plus size" so you wouldn't even be considered a BBW. Many say it is a state of being, some claim Big Breasted Woman or Big buxom woman but the first term I used the correct one.

Honestly there are a billion different definitions, but a real BBW is a woman who is larger and plus size but also confident and attractive. Plus size starts at size 14 technically so I guess you can start it there. incredible large women (think size 30 an above) are ofen called SSBBW, Super SIze Big Beautiful Women.

The average size woman in America is a 14, I believe. You are NOT a BBW. My own personal definition is a BBW starts around 200+, depending on body frame, and 300+ for a SSBBW.
