What does it mean when a guy always stares at you when you walk pass each other?
Could the guy just have a staring problem?
There are on boogers on my nose, I checked. lol

He also always stares when I walk into the room.
Does this mean he only thinks I'm attractive, nothing more?

Probably likes you. I make sure NOT to stare at girls I dont want coming up to me lol. And I stare at the ones I do. Or that I find very attractive and wont ever have the guys to say anything anyways.

Do you sit across from him or something? Are you in a boring class? Do you move around a lot/act crazy? He's probaably just staring at you accidently, ppl do that sometimes. or because he's bored and you are doing something interesting or happen to be in his vision, He might not even realize he's staring. He could be looking at you and thinking "i want burritos for lunch" or something. The best solution is to just look at him (with NO expression on your face) so he'll snap out of it and look away. Don't jump to conclusions I HATE when ppl stare too! Some people just don't have manners.

What this all means is that you want us to tell you that he likes you because you are gay.
Go back and read your own question, you are obsessed with him it seems, the way he looks at you, when he passes you by, you are even worried about the possibility of having booggers on your face because you dont want to come accross as unattractive.
So tell me if I'm wrong or right.
Although I already know my own answer.
But yeah I guess you two are in love.
