Charecteristics of physical systems is defined by differential equation. For example a second order linear differential equation can define an RLC circuit. An antennae and it's polar diagram can be defined by a Legendre differential equation from which the whole antennae can be described and designed. A Bessel differential equation can define movement of planets in space. This can also be used to define cetain type of Electrical cirucuits. Butterworth, Chebyshev etc; polynomials define certain other type of Electrical circuits. So basically these are mathematical models of physical systems.

The Earth is an merchandise in area heated by utilising the sunlight. There are 2 the variety to heat the outdoors of the Earth. First, the Earth can get carry of greater power without delay from the sunlight. the 2d way is for the Earth to greater slowly unfastened the warmth it gets from the sunlight. The Earth contains an atmosphere containing greenhouses gases which carry out the latter activity. The power of the greenhouse consequence, or greater precisely the cost at which warmth power is misplaced to area, relies upon on the concentration of the greenhouse gases that provide upward thrust to the consequence. advance the quantity of any greenhouse gas and the entire greenhouse consequence would be greater. Carbon dioxide is the 2d maximum severe greenhouse gas in it relatively is contribution to the greenhouse consequence, and by utilising increasing it relatively is concentration the 1st maximum severe greenhouse gas (water vapor) is for this reason larger as a rather good comments to the warming given by utilising increasing CO2.

many physical processes are accurately described by differential equations. but anyone who has taken even a first course in elementary diff. eq. could tell you that, so i'm not sure what you really want to know.

many processes can be accurately represented and even solved using diff eqns......

i'll give an example....
the rate of multiplication of human population is proportional to the amount of ppl alive.........
dx/dt is proportional to x
dx/dt=kx
where x is the population....[k is a constant]
from this
dx/x=kdt
integrating,,
lnx=kt+c
x=e^(kt+c)

if we know the population at any two years....
1990 and 2000 for instance.....
'c' and 'k' can be determained and the population at any other year can be calculated....
