Go for IPLT (Intensive Pulse Light Treatment). It is your only way to have smooth, silky and shiny skin. It has been proven to be excellent for hairs removal. But it is very costly. Each treatment costs about SGD $80 - $100 on a certain area and the price varies for different parts of the body. A normal person will need to undergo minimum 8 - 10 treatments to fully remove the hairs from a certain area. And if it is not fully removed, you will need to visit the clinic again. But it will really give you a permanent hair removal solution with excellent results.

Waxing is pretty painful but you do eventually get to the point where the hair comes back very fine or doesn't come back at all.

You could try using dipilatory cream (Nair). It's is pretty cheap and can last for a week or so (depending on how fast your hair grows). Unfortunately, a lot of people get rashes and other nastiness from it.

If you have the money, you might want to look into electrolysis or laser hair removal. Some companies sell electrolysis products that you can use at home, but personally I haven't had any luck with them. Your best bet might be to have a professional do it, but it might end up costing you several thousand dollars and take a few years to remove a lot of body hair.

Any reputable dermatologist will tell you there is no permanent solution to removing body hair, however the most effective way and not the cheapest is laser or electrolysis. Laser is supposed to be less painful and a quicker procedure. I have had laser hair removal and was very happy with the results, however it will take 6-8 treatments for all of the hair to be removed "forever."

i've been out with bodybuilders and most of their hair removal is not permanant. i wouldn't recommend shaving your body hair because it will grow back spikey and coarse (trust me, doesn't feel good). waxing is probably the best option as the hair will grow back thinner, also because your acutally pulling the hair out and not just cutting it at the surface, it will last longer. you ca also try hair removal creams, although as good as they are meant to be, i still find the end result like shaving. your other option is laser hair removal or impulse light hair removal. you may need a few treatments to be totally hairless, but this will give you the most permanant result. hope this helps and good luck with the muscle building :)

If there was an easy way to remove body hair permanently, us women would not be shaving our legs and underarms every day. The only permanent way is with laser and that is way too expensive to do your entire body. Wax. shave, or depillatory.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
