I am currently 640 years old, going on 641. I smoked and drank when I was a youngster, but I have quit all that. Healthy diet and lots of exercise. Don't ever just lie around and do nothing when you could be working and getting excercise. Don't eat sugar! Drink lots of water and eat small portions of fruits, nuts, vegetabes, meat, fish, eggs.....everything except junk food like potato chips and candy and cake. Walking is great excercise. Don't ever let yourself get overweight. Keep a postive attitude and be good to those around you. If it is meant to be, you will live to be as old as me.

all the rest of these answers are from kiddies, younger than 100 years, I am betting.
Friend, there is NO sure method to reach that age. Too many variables, too many factors to mix into the formula.
But, overall, there are some tried and true tips, which will HELP in you quest to out-live all the rest of us::
1- do not smoke cigarettes.
2- eat an abundance of vegatables; there's no need to become a Vegan, whateverthehell that is... include a good intake of meats, expecially fish in your diet
3- exercise is more and more important as you age, and walking is the ideal exercise, mixing in some aerobics for style points~
4- LAUGH, LAUGH AT ANY AND ALL, AND EVERYTHING
5- Plan ahead... this sounds like a b.s. answer, but if YOU make a plan for next year, and repeat that objective for the next 90+ years, barring some accident, you will see 100+ years of life.

Do you have kids? You would try to live as long as possible to see your grand grand grand kids!
OK, here are my suggestions.
1) Move to a small village or in the mountain where not much air pollution. Live a easy, no stress life there.
2) Learn tai chi or yoga and practise it every morning
3) Do not over-eat and never be over weight
4) To have body check every year
5) Drink a lot of water each day
6) No smoking / no heavy drinking / do not eat too much sweets
7) Have sex regularly (staying in love would make you live longer)
8) Share your happiness with others and be cheerful all the time
9) Stay far away from Middle East

if you want to be 100 yeas old than eat all of your fruits and veggies, stay a healthy weight, exersize, never do anything that is dangerous, and you still migh tnot be able to get to be 100 . sorry
