I'm sorry to say, nothing. Only dead bodies are sold, and so you wouldn't get anything. If science is paying something, all the money would go to your survivors.
I don't know why they wouldn't pay. Science pays for blood plasma from living people. Eep -- icky thought -- maybe they don't want to encourage people showing up with bodies and saying, "Well, he said he wanted to sell his body to science -- don't mind that gunshot wound through the forehead, he did that before we came up."

None as far as I know, I've heard of donating, not selling. Wouldn't you have to be dead to sell your body?
