they all have diferent offers on at different times, so there is no easy answer to this one.
places like moneysupermarket or even yahoos own finance section will allow you to do comparisons betwen cards and chose one that will suit you best.
just remember that whatever you choose its 90% sure you will find a better one being advertised 2 days later
