Most places in Bangkok offer spa or massage both. If you like, there are spas around the town areas that do provide both. All you need is to select which one you like at your pricing. For example just across D'Ma hotel in Pratunam there is a spa which you can inquire. Just outside along the road/lane to the Wholesale centre you will find a few massage palours. Likewise if you head along Sukhumvit Road especially along Soi 22 or Soi 24. You can find spas and massages.

For massage, you need not worry, almost every corner you can come by one. Spas many hotels will have one. Likewise along popular tourist areas.

And all prices are quite affordable. You can always try asking if they have in-house promotions or packages which will be better value for money.

Wat Po is the massage school, so you will get the correct massage and at quite good price too. You can even enrol for a couse if you like.

Spa AND massage? Anywhere is good generally . They are reasonably priced.
Go to the main tourist area - Patpong, Sukumvit, Siam Sqaure area, Khao Sarn Road - you will come across a few places.
For traditional Thai massage - go to Wat Po which is where the massage school is. You will get the best massage and the best price. (LOL you will see your body put into positions you never thougth possible)

So what is your question again?

Are you asking where to get affordable price for massage in BKK? If so, just about anywhere except hotels. Some hotels offer reasonable price for both, but that doesn't mean stores outside the hotel aren't good. I personally like to go to little stores (anywhere) they offer the best price and practice!

Try Wat Po ( a temple in BKK) for a massage. The best and the cheapest! Have fun!
