The US is not a Christian country and it was not based on CHristianity again. The founding fathers were not even Christian. Many of them were either atheist or quaker. The US, the Constitution, and the Bill of RIghts were based on FREEDOM. FREEDOM to worship whatever your heart so desire as long as you do not harm others.
BTW, go on Youtube.com. Look up Israel. Then look at the slideshow of photos of innocent babies they like to rip from their mothers arms, throw up in the air, and kill. IF this was being done in our land to our mothers, Im sure we would react the same way. I'm sure we would react the same way if our children, walking along to school paying no mind to anyone, were to be dragged into the streets and beaten for no reason. I'm sure we would be fighting back as well if men were stripped naked in the streets after being suspected of being suicide bombers, found to be innocent, then had their brains splattered anyway because they are not human. Didn't you know that Israel doesn't even consider non jews human? Read their statements about the rest of the world before you act like a good little sheep and follow the others to the slaughter.

First, the US is not a Christian country even though many of its citizens claim to be Christian.
Israel is a theocracy, and based on our financial aid, we contribute heavily to Israel military
There is no love lost between US and Iran. They held our citizen captive for over a year.
One last point: We have force Israel not to bomb Iran.So we are trying to play two sides against the middle.

The USA should do everything in its power to help the state of Israel.
1) Israel is the best friend the US has in the war against Islamo Fascist Terrorists.
2) Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. We have tried to help Iraq get its act together only to have them kick us when we're trying to help.
3) The Israelis are one of the few people on earth that don't hate us.

"America is not a Christian nation, it just has a lot of Christians in it"
-Oral Roberts.
Does a Christian nation remove the 10 commandments from the courthouse and prayer from schools??
I think every nation that has anyone in power that knows God should be willing to do whatever is necessary to protect Isreal.
Just my opinion
THanks

The U.S., although built on Judea-Christian principles, is not a Christian country - it was established with the idea of religious freedom. However, I think we should help those in need - and Israel is surrounded on all sides by people who would like to see them removed from the face of the planet. We need to stand by our allies.

Christians and Jews are eternally linked to the same God, whether we choose to believe that or not. We are brothers and sisters grafted into the Tree by the same Root. How far would you go to protect a brother or sister? That is how far the nations should go to protect one another.

Israel is in good hands. Nothing is going to happen to Israel that doesn't go acrossed God's desk first.
He who blesses Israel will be blessed. He who curses Israel will be cursed. Genesis 12:3
The U.S. always has and pray tell, always will support Israel.

Sorry to break it to you but... we aren't and have never been (except during the McCarthy era) a "Christian" country.
We are a country of many religions. I don't know if you've heard of it, but it's called FREEDOM OF RELIGION.
And Israel can protect itself. They're rather proficient. And since they get most of their weapons from us, you can rest assured that they'll win whatever conflict they get themselves into.

israel is a pretty tough little country...so i doubt they really need us....but if we offer them a lot of help, like we do, then can you blame them for wanting to have our people and resources used for their own good.
