Though tart refers to sweet dish ... it also refers to women having bad character ... and welsh tart refers to that!

you miss the point again. wales is a separate country, shocking isn't it, doesn't say that in the mail. I am Welsh if you called me english that would be an insult to me as the same as being called welsh to you's. if not so be it. I personally think it is hilarious and love the idea of being called english is an insult. there are a lot of nations who would agree with the judge (france, scotland, ireland, germany, the list is endless) but you could apply the same rule to dutch- belgium, spanish- portugal, canadian-american. get the point? it won't change the world but it is funny.
