Yes, I think so because it's something that they don't say so oftenly. It's like a drop of rain in the Sahara Desert.
Girls say it a lot but it doesn't mean we don't give it some value, of course we do! It's just that we are more expressive..

If I told you that I loved you, I probably didnt mean it. Unless your one of my sisters or my mom.
The little "I love you" thing is mostly tradition only, especially among younger kids. Personally, I think it is more exciting to break free of the tradition and say something else before you leave, or hang up the telephone with your little sex friend... I think that "and baby...youve got a really sweet looking ***" is good before you hang up the phone.. But thats just me I guess.

The same question should be applied to girls too. Men say I love you too quickly and can take it away just as easily. But we reverse it the same too.
Its a mystery that hasnt yet been solved. lol
But I'd sure as hell want the answer when someone gets it!

Some do, some don't. I only said them to my girlfriend when I knew I meant them. Others might say them if they're looking to get lucky that night. It all depends on the guy, really.
