Don't know about any girl but making a girl I care about smile be it friend or romantically it gives me the best feeling in the world.

When i make a girl smile, I personally am very indifferent because people laugh all the time.

i have a girlfriend and shes wonderful. when shes around and she makes me smile like face to face, i think i blush a little, and its like when you are having fun and you are asked to have a picture taken, and like you dont have to fake smile. sometimes when i smile thinking about her if shes there or not, i get a really cool feeling like even better than butterflies in your stomach. its awesome, and i hope that guy is as lucky as me and i wish you well.

Depends, usually its nothing unless your in love with the girl then its pretty normal for him to feel happy. There is nothing quite as nice as bringing a smile to the face of someone you love.
