i've often wondered, do you look at Germans differently? Do you wonder if it was HIM( who pushed your mother/sister into the chamber) who revealed you, who you could trust?
I have a German girlfreind who's uncle was shot by Russian troops. I know that doesn't make her evil... but aren't there those who lived through the war still likley to justify their thinking?
And if so, what about my great grandmother, who sent all 4 boys to war w/Canada, and all 4 came back?

I cannot nor will I blame young Germans today for the crimes of their parents and grandparents. Though I must admit If I see an older German I do wonder what he was doing during the war.

Lets put ww2 to rest. Everything thats been said has already been said.People are people and there was suffering on all sides. Who is to say one mans suffering is more or less worthy .
Just lets work toward the horror of war ,all war, becoming history.

I do have some reservations about Germans, but it is not just Germans, really, it is Europeans in general that I would not trust.

In Europe Hitler maybe dead, but his spirit lives on in many European countries, if not all countries in Europe. It is blatant in many instances, in other instances it is more covert.

I do not believe God did that. I believe that it was purely an act of human evil.

I think we're a bit wary of them, but I've certainly met some very nice germans.

Please remember that Jews in Germany were Germans. It was the supporters of Hitler who killed the Jews. Many non-Jews in Germany were followers of Hitler but many were not.
