My girlfriend has been secretly wearing my glasses when I am out of the apartment and all day at work and I caught her doing this and she explained she wants to wear glasses because she loves how she looks with them but with the prescription lenses in them as well. The glasses she is wearing are my last prescription which is -3.50, I am starting to notice she is naturally squinting too, should I just let her wear my old glasses and let her enjoy them, she is 21 and I am 24 and I am thinking about proposing soon (Xmas) and don't want any fighting over this issue

I would be upfront and honest with her and tell her that she's really screwing with her eyes and that it's a permenant thing. If she still insists on wearing them, there's nothing more you can do. Let her learn the hard way.

Hide your spare glasses so that she won't wear them.
She is nuts and hurting herself.
She can get glasses without a prescription with just glass in it. Have her do that.
Assert yourself, man, or don't bother getting married.

Why would she purposely mess up her eyesight?
Why not go and buy some fake glasses they sell in the hair stores!

why dont you buy her glasses with non-prescription lenses? just tell her that you dont want her to ruin her vision..its for her own health...
