Because that is their rules and we have ours. If you don't like the rules perhaps you should run in public office. It is smart for a Country to restrict other people from coming in to take jobs. In order to move to Florida, many years ago, we had been hired for a job and were able to prove the any senior living there was fuly self-sufficient and not going to be a burden on their country. That is smart in my opinion.

That's simple, because Americans are better than Canadians, and Americans don't really like Canadians. They've stole so many American jobs already that have moved to Canada, they don't need to come here for jobs.

That is not true. We are required to get work visas just like here.
I don't know why we would want to go to work there and make less money.
Canadians come here to work to make more money. The dollar is worth more here. Also, we pay less taxes.
